Participant Agreement

The agreement covers what you are committing to, what I am committing to, how your material is handled, and what confidentiality looks like in this context.

Before joining a cohort, every participant signs a written agreement. You can download it below, read it in full, and return it with your payment to confirm your place.

The agreement exists because this work requires a specific kind of container. The exercises are designed to surface unconscious material. That only works if the conditions around it are clearly defined and mutually held.

The agreement covers what you are committing to, what I am committing to, how your material is handled, and what confidentiality looks like in this context. It also addresses what this work is and what it is not, so that you enter with accurate expectations rather than assumptions.

A few things worth knowing before you read it:

The method is cumulative. Each exercise builds on the previous ones, and the observational framework introduced in week four depends on having completed the earlier exercises. Because of this, the agreement asks for a real commitment to the full six weeks. Partial participation does not produce the intended result.

Your exercise submissions are seen only by me. The agreement specifies how your material is protected, what happens if anonymized material is used in the development of the methodology, and your right to opt out of that use entirely.
The cohort also includes two live group sessions. The agreement establishes mutual confidentiality for those sessions. What is said in the room stays in the room. This is a structural requirement, not a suggestion.

This is not therapy, and the agreement is clear about that. The exercises can surface emotionally charged content. That is by design. But I am not a therapist, and this process is not a substitute for clinical care. If the material that comes up for you requires professional support, the agreement encourages you to seek it.
